Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AdLaps for the use of our website and the AdLaps app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use AdLaps for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that business.

AdLaps ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship based in India. You can reach us at support@adlaps.com.

AdLaps connects to the Meta Ads, Google Ads and Shopify accounts you choose, reads their data, and shows analysis of your marketing: performance, cost per order, funnel diagnosis and suggested next steps.

AdLaps only reads your data. It never creates, edits, pauses or deletes anything in your ad or store accounts. Its suggestions are information, not professional advice: you decide what to change, and the results of your marketing remain your responsibility. We do not promise any particular result.

• You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including by people you invite.
• Tell us promptly at support@adlaps.com if you think your account has been misused.

You may only connect accounts you are authorised to use. Your use of Meta, Google and Shopify stays subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services, their data, or changes they make that affect what we can show.

You can disconnect an account at any time; we then delete its stored access credentials.

You keep all rights to your data. You allow us to collect, store and process it only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No card is needed to start it.
• After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan. Plans, prices and what each includes are shown before you pay. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, such as GST, which are added where the law requires.
• We may change prices for future billing periods, with at least 30 days' notice by email.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and then ends. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. Details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully, or to process data you have no right to;
• try to access another customer's data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• share your account with people outside your business, other than through the team features.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is": there may be interruptions, and figures depend on what the platforms report. We may change or improve features; if we remove something significant you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

The service, its software and its design belong to AdLaps. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership of anything. Meta, Google Ads and Shopify are trademarks of their respective owners.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is unpaid, after notice where reasonable. When an account ends, we keep and delete its data as our Privacy Policy describes.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or ad spend, or decisions you make based on the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. For a significant change we will email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
